Managed:
Spry will handle incremental and full backups and will provide technical support for all preinstalled software (OS, PhP, MySQL, etc.) and hardware. 3rd party applications are not supported.
Unmanaged:
No backup services are provided and technical support is limited to hardware failures and outages. The user is responsible for all maintenance, upgrades and installation of software, with the exception of the initial OS installation.
