Default Problem with cPanel disk usage update

I have a select 200 VPS and WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.8.0-S59
RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0.

Disk usage in my users' cPanel accounts doesn't update. It stays the same, but bandwidth usage updates regularly.

Code:
MySQL Databases 3 / unlimited
Disk usage 19.43 Megabytes
SQL Disk usage 11.87 Megabytes
Disk space available 80.57 Megabytes
Bandwidth usage (current month) 5210.47 Megabytes
At my WHM disk usage for this account is 75mb, which is correct.

I tried finding solution at cpanel forums and all I got was

Quote:
Have your provider check vzmc and ensure 'second level quotas' are enabled. Without it, you will not have quota support.
Can you check this and post any other solution there is to this problem?

This problem occured with the last cPanel stable release.

Thanks
Balsa

I found out solution to this problem by creating a ticket at cpanel.com.

Be sure to update to the latest stable version!

Sorry for the inconvience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
