At this time we offer an unmanaged VPS hosting service - this means that, if you are on the 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, or 8192 plan you are the administrator of the VPS and the security of your virtual environment is primarily your responsibility.

If you are on an older plan (i.e. cPanel/Plesk/Webmin 100 - 400) please contact our support department for details.

Ah, that wasn't very clear. Why the move away from managed service? Is there a plan to kick of those of us on older/managed plans?

Our VPSLink brand's success suggested that unmanaged service is increasingly in demand and, as we can offer the best pricing for our service without making any sacrifices on reliability, the move to an unmanaged support policy for new plans was a logical step.

No - we are not planning to make any changes to our support offerings for existing plans (which is why the support policy offered for your plan may not be reflected presently at the Spry.com site) and we are not forcing migration or discontinuing existing products.
