Default Help copying spry menu to existing pages

I wonder if anyone could help me please.
I run the .stpetersrfc.co.uk website and have introduced a spry dropdown menu to the pages.
I have tried to mirror the menu on all the pages from the /home.shtm page. This has worked with 'some' degree of success. In general the menu appears but when working in Dreamweaver, I get the full menu in the code and have to ammend the code in order to work on the page.
The code I would ideally like to work with on each page uses SSI and involves inserting
<!--#include virtual="../MenuBar/Navigation.htm" -->
in the web page. Unfortunately, I created this system for myself last year and can't quite remember how it works.
I hope I'm explaining myself clearly.

I would prefer it if this neat way of working could be emulated on all pages.

Am I doing something wrong?
Please feel free to go and look at the source codes I'm using if you are able to help out.
Thank you
Kevin
