Default Gmail Blocking Emails from My Domains

Since Spry unintentially wiped out my SPF records during the server transition, Gmail has started to block emails from my domains even though my servers do not send bulk mail.

I get the following error:

74.125.93.27 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550-5.7.1 [64.79.200.167 1] Our system has detected an unusual rate of
550-5.7.1 unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To protect our
550-5.7.1 users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been blocked.

550 5.7.1 our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines. my10si2316093qcb.189

I have since reinstated SPF's records which I have tested as valid, and gmail still blocks my messages.

Does anyone have any advice on how I can resolve this because my clients are getting antsy? Google recommends DKIM. Does SPRY support DKIM, and if so, where can I find how to set it up.
