We have a lot of nice testimonials full of keywords, but it seems like google is only finding the text that is on the homepage and not the testimonial page itself.
In my experience Google generally takes 30 - 45 days to pick up on new pages and/or changes to page content.
If it has been past this period I would recommend checking your robots.txt file to ensure it does not list "nofollow" and also double check your home page has hyperlinks to the testimonial page.
