Hello,

I'm looking for a server for an e-commerce site that will stream videos and sell video downloads. I want to run thew website under CRE Loaded. Here are some questions:

- Does your website configuration support CRE Loaded (i can't find any specifications of what is installed on the server). Is PHP5, MySQL, SSL and things like that already included?

- does CGI run as CGI or under CGI Wrap?

- Do you have webmail, accessible by SSL?

- If i need to upgrade to a server with more disk space or bandwidth, can I just do it with one email, or is it more complicated?

- What is the default control panel software?

Our VPS hosting products do not include any pre-installed webserver software by default (with the exception of cPanel VPS licensed virtual private servers, which include a basic cPanel installation).

All of our products do include root access, however - you will be able to install any software you like.

If you are not familiar with Linux system administration you may want to contract an experienced system administrator to complete the installation and setup of your site on a Spry VPS.

Upgrading between VPS plans is very simple (even simpler than sending an e-mail).

The My.Spry.com Control Center provides an interface for upgrading your VPS and the process is as simple as a few mouse clicks.

The My.Spry.com Control Center provides web-based access to perform administrative tasks like stopping and restarting your service or installing a new operating system template, however, assuming that you do not purchase a cPanel-licensed VPS, all system administration tasks would need to be completed over SSH at the command line.

There are free Linux control panel applications which you could install to simplify management of your VPS (Webmin is a good example) but familiarity with command line-based administration is very highly recommended.
