1. Do you have uptime statistics from a third party monitoring service like Alertra or some others? Please give me a link where I can view them easily.

A Google search turned up BestHostRatings, however, their uptime monitor seems to report "31 mins, 18 secs" regardless of actual outage duration (actual outages have generally been much shorter - particularly in the case of routing issues which resulted in a switch to our secondary bandwidth provider).
