1. Run an IRC bot?
2. Run a BNC for personal use?
3. Run a BNC and sell access?

If I can run a BNC for personal use, but not for sale, is the problem that I'd be selling access or that it should only be for MY personal use?
Say I was running a site and I wanted the mods to be able to chat on IRC using the BNC, would that be allowed? Could a couple friends use it?
