Hello:

I have had many problems lately because of hackers (or something).
index.html pages of all my domains, is changed automatically.
But now it's worse, an "error 403 Forbidden error was encountered" in all my domains, I can not enter via ftp, and on the control panel says that I do not have permission to access anything in the file manager (nothing happend).
I sent a support ticket but this is very urgent due all my domains are down.

Can you help me please?
