Default no user selected when attempting to restore MySQL daily backup

A little new to this all. Please bear with me.

    cPanel 11.24.4-R35075 -

    WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

When I attempted to restore a daily backup, it told me that I had to select a user. I see no user in the box. Surely, admin can be selected somehow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    CH

Have you 1) Created hosting accounts via WHM and 2) Enabled the backup system?

MySQL databases created without the assistance of cPanel (i.e. created via phpMyAdmin or the mysql command line client) are NOT backed up by the WHM backup system unless you have selected the option "Entire MySQL Directory" or "Per Account and Entire MySQL Directory" at Main >> Backup >> Configure Backup
