This hardware node has been experiencing frequent lock-ups and reboots. Administrators are monitoring the server and investigating the cause now.

This hardware node is now back online. We have disabled some automated processes (cron jobs) in a few accounts that were found to be escalating the disk i/o wait time, and a few accounts were found to be running eggdrop irc bots, which are explicitly forbidden by our acceptable use policy.

In addition, we have disabled some disk quotas to reduce i/o wait (and because the last good log entries found before system lockup were related to updating quotas.)

vz32-013 has crashed again today, so we are in the process of migrating VPSs to a brand new hardware node from Dell.

vz32-013 has gone down again and we have isolated the cause of the problem to one VPS on the hardware node. We are going to be migrating this account to a separate hardware node where we can further diagnose the problem.
