    Default vz32-013 migrations 2007/05/11

In light of the recent issues with VZ32-002 and VZ32-013 we have troubleshot the issue to a hacked account that we have since removed. We are currently migrating accounts off of the current vz32-013 node, onto a fresh server. What this means to you, our customers, is that you may experience a brief outage (5-10 minutes) at some point over the next 4-6 hours as the migration occurs. 10:16
We apologize for not migrating earlier as we had originally planned. We had a delay with our vendor in licensing for the virtualization software.

Due to all of the issue with vz32-002 and -013, we have decided to credit all of the affected accounts for the next month. We understand that these type of situations are amazingly inconvenient. We are researching a new faster backup and restore process, and using all of the feedback we received to streamline our own internal systems.
