    Unhappy Refund needed

I have requested a refund from your staffs 3 days back ans I have not got any reply or refund. I am very disappointed with this thing and will think twice before recommending you guys to any of my clients.
please contact me by PM or atleast give back my money. I have incurred a huge loss due to this action of your company.

    They said
"I'm sorry to inform you, but VPSLink is a prepaid service and does not
issue full or partial refunds for fees paid in advance."

Don't know how they refunded you

This is a matter of VPSLink vs. Spry. VPSLink does not have refunds of any type. The issue with vic_msn is on Spry, which does have a 30 day money back guarantee.

    Now They said

"I apologize for the confusion, Spry Hosting, our sister company, offers
a 30-day money back guarantee, but VPSLink is a prepaid service and
offers no refunds for canceled service."

    "Spry Hosting, our sister company"!!!!!
In vps link logo its written that "A division of SPRY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is VERY VERY BAD!!!! I must not recommend any one to both of these company. I FEEL they create confusion to earn money

I'm sorry if you feel misled, but the refund policies for VPSLink and for Spry are both quite clear. They are made clear in the respective terms of service (vpslink) (spry), and in their respective forums.

spry and vpslink may have the same parent organisation.
but the terms is not same for both
in spry you get a refund (I got it )
so read the TOS before ordering a box

I requested for a refund 2 days ago and have 2 tickets open. I've also cancelled my subscription but have not heard from anyone about how and when will the refund be processed. Can someone get in touch! Btw, I've signed up with SPRY that promised 30 day money back.

Our billing department is only in the office Monday through Friday. It appears that the request you put in was on Friday. The account has been canceled and a refund issued. One of our billing agents has replied to your ticket.
