    Default vz32-001 disk failing

This hardware node is presenting errors related to disk I/O in system logs, and affecting performance of hosted VPS's.

Administrators are aware of the situation and are investigating. At this point they are preparing a new host node to migrate affected VPS's.

Investigation has revealed only one of the drives in the RAID array has failed. The server is equipped with hot-swappable drives, so the failed drive is being replaced. Note that performance will still be affected adversely until the new drive is fully merged with the RAID array.

The drive has been replaced and the array is currently rebuilding. We expect this to take 6-8 hours to complete, after which time the performance on the node should return to normal. Thank you for your patience while this is worked on.

We have attempted to rebuild the array with a number of different drives, and it has been failing each time. We believe that this is the result of a malfunctioning raid card, and are preparing the hardware node for migration to a new server now.

We are beginning migrations off of vz32-001 now. This will require a reboot of your VPS, and your VPS could be unaccessible for half an hour during this time.

The accounts for this node are still in the migrations process. It has taken longer than anticipated due to the large amounts of data. We will keep you posted with any updates.

Migrations are still in progress. Some VPS's have been moved at this time. To see if your VPS has been moved, you can run a traceroute/tracert to your VPS's IP. If the second to last hop is vz32-001 (209.59.204.2), then your VPS has not yet been moved.

As migrations have been taking too long to complete, administrators are now restoring VPS's from backups onto the new hardware.
