    Default Email autoresponder

    It would seem as if my autoresponder is not working for my email account... I set it up through Plesk and confirmed that is is enabled, but still no luck.

    Is there anything special that I need to do? My clients think I am ignoring them

    Update: Disabling, then re-enabling the autoresponder seemed to have fixed the issue. Bug?

    I have not heard of that being an issue but admittedly I am not as familiar with Plesk as I am with Cpanel. If it continues to be an issue please let me know and I will investigate.
