    Default Barracuda isn't sending out quarantine notifications!

    For most of the email accounts at my hosting clients' domains, I've opted to receive weekly quarantine notifications from the Barracuda Spam Firewall, and they're supposed to show up on Saturdays. However, none arrived yesterday, so I checked with another Spry VPS customer and he confirmed that his quarantine notifications are also missing in action.

    Just wanted to alert the few customers who bother to visit that there's obviously a problem. I'll file a ticket....you should too.

    Update: two of my "daily" Spam Quarantine Summary messages just arrived, so it appears that an admin has probably found the issue and fixed it.

    on edit: Spry Support claims not to have done anything to fix the problem, and simply suggested that I move to the new spam control system, apparently with far less functionality. So, it appears that the Barracuda may no longer be receiving much in the way of support...not sure when it will be "unplugged," however.
