I was just set up with a Spry dedicated server and it came with a faulty FTP server configuration. Spry sent me a rather terse email saying they'd look at it for $100/hour, which rubbed me the wrong way since it was handed over to me with a bogus FTP server configuration.
Anyway... So now I'm looking here for help. If anyone can tip me in a direction of where to look for a fix, I'd appreciate it.
ProFTPd is returning this error:
- IPv4 getaddrinfo 'yb1-009.spry.com' error: Name or service not known
- warning: unable to determine IP address of 'yb1-009.spry.com'
- error: no valid servers configured
- Fatal: error processing configuration file '/etc/proftpd.conf'
Where is it seeing 'yb1-009.spry.com'? It isn't referenced in proftpd.conf or /etc/hosts

I appreciate the offer, but support got back to me after some pressing and we got it worked out well enough. Thanks again.
