At approximately 09:20 Pacific time today our entire network became unreachable. Within 2 minutes our network administrators and system engineers were investigating the problem. Within 10 minutes, access from outside of our network was restored.

At this time Spry technical support representatives do not have a full report of the cause or resolution of this temporary outage. We have no reason to expect failures pertaining to any particular account or hardware node.
