    Angry DNS WIll not work.

    What is going on. I bought a Advanced hosting package and when i do a DNS lookup i get this error

    ns9.dnscloud.com [66.249.19.217][Broken DNS server: Reports a server failure] 91ms

    ns10.dnscloud.com [66.249.19.218][Broken DNS server: Reports a server failure] 92ms



    Please help me.

    Our administrators have corrected the issue at this time - if you continue to encounter any difficulties with DNS on your shared hosting account, please contact Spry Support for assistance.

    Its still broken. What is your refund policy? I am thinking about canceling.

    You are welcome to create a ticket with our billing department, as well.

    Please PM me the ticket number if you do so - I would like to note the ticket.

    Any error on our part will be covered under our Always-On Policy which, in this instance, would apply for your hosting fees for your first month of service.
