    Switched to Spry a couple of days ago and found a bug in PHP which was affecting my sites (bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=45996)
    Old provider was using EXPAT rather than libxml2 so it was a completely unforseen issue.

    Told Spry about this, and they updated PHP on the shared hosting platform to the latest stable version overnight and now we're rocking!
    That's great service!

    EDIT: excellent tech support as well, needed a bunch of DNS records adding to a zone file and that was done within the hour.
