Customer Service Suggestion
I have an HUGE issue with your customer service. #1 - You don't take any phone calls, and only do email support. This is a huge downside to your product and service, one that your competitors are doing a much better job of.
Our sites have been down for over 12 hours now due to a network outage on YOUR end. For important customer service issues like this we were told you would respond by email within 15 minutes. It's been 3 hours and still nothing.
I think my username says it all "what the hell!" Get it together...
Anyone else who is considering getting a Spry account make sure you understand their issues with customer service. When your site is down, you will have no one to call, and can't do anything...you will be completely helpless.
Our sites are still down...and we still haven't gotten any word when the server will be up and running.
This is complete BS...No way to run a business...Show a little integrity.
