Submitted help ticket, got 403 error
I'm not certain where this should go, so please move it if necessary.
I've been having an issue with my VPS since migration a couple of weeks ago, and I submitted a detailed help ticket. When I hit "Send" I got greeted with a 403 Forbidden error. When I logged back in to see if the ticket actually submitted, of course it was not there.
What should we do for support requests, Spry? I have an issue that's causing Qmail and SFTP to randomly crash that started shortly after migration to Boston.
