Yes. The hardware node providing the shared hosting service became unresponsive due to an apparent RAID error. Notification via email to all customers with Shared Hosting accounts were sent at 10:37am Pacific time. The node has been rebooted, and file system checked, and sites should now be back online.
If your shared hosting site/account is still unreachable, please log in to the https://my.spry.com control panel to submit a support request.
i got it taken care of but it took a while.. is there no phone support because i don't pay enough?
I never received an email at 10:37 - i checked my spam folder too.

None of our shared hosting products include telephone support. Shared hosting technicians are available to respond to tickets submitted via the my.spry.com support interface 24x7x365.
Your account email address wouldn't happen to be hosted on your shared hosting account domain, would it? That would complicate receipt of the notification in the event of an outage.

i also found some supporting problem on Shared Hosting.
