Webmail Issues
Last week my domain registration lapsed but I renewed it on Wednesday however I'm still unable to acess my webmail.
I raised a ticket on the support console and have updated it with comments several times but still have no access.
How long should this take to restore? This is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Hi mog, I'm sorry you're having problems getting the webmail back up... I would suggest you PM your support ticket number to Matt@VPSLink. That's likely to be the best way to expedite service restoration.

Well here's the latest installment. Despite having renewed my domain via the control panel last wednesday, and the days remaining showing 350 something in green, it has now been updated to -15 in red showing expired again and a message from the Spry domain team that my domain has expired and I need to renew (again).
Next step is to contact the credit card company to see if there was an issue with last weeks payment.
This is fast becoming a farce, stay tuned for the next installment........

Well I've just renewed the domain again and this time it is showing as paid in the Account Info in Billing Central (thank you Martin and Matt for your help).
Just checked webmail and I'm back in business at long last!!
