Our vps has been inaccessible for over two hours and no response has been made to our support ticket.

Over four hours later
Over 4 hours after lodging the initial ticket we have an update.
Updated Ticket: Work in Progress
Seven hours and the only responses from Spry:
4 hours "Researching"
4 hours "Updated Ticket: Work in Progress"
6 hours "Associated With Open Issue"
That is the total correspondence I have had regarding the total disappearance of our VPS seven hours ago.
I have not been able to pry any details on the open issue, nothing.
