[Solved]Dissapointed.
Well, I'm really dissapointed with support because I opened a ticket yesterday Wed Oct 03 20:02:21 2007, It is now Thur Oct 04 11:42:38AM 2007 and I havent got a response from anyone.
Is there someone at Spry that could respond to this message? I'm really starting to getting really piss off.

I know there were network problems, BUT that was already resolved and I don't see a reason to ignore my ticket. :-o
Edit: Sales department is not open 24/7 and that was the reason for all the delay. It was probably my mistake.
