Please help me.

I am a reseller. Since August a lot of problems have been happening regarding the client's cpanel and then the VPS admin software.

On september I recieve a treat that I should upgrade the operating system. Then I was inform the problem was releated to a node hosting my account. Now again, support is telling me it is my negligence, because I didn't apply the upgrades recommened. But I never recieve any recommendation regarding upgrades, also the system never had issues until recently.

What should I do in order to get my serer running again?

Depending on the error message, it could be a lot of things. The first thing I always do with new/weird error messages is run the system update in whm. This updates and replaces any parts of whm that might seem bad, outdated, corrupt or otherwise not functioning correctly. Try that and first see if that gives you better results.
